Big time corporate fraud

Awesome guts of a former woman employee of JP Morgan Chase. Her fight against crimes committed, first by JP Morgan Chase and later by regulators, left me breathless.

This also shows why Obama, as president of the US, the so called most powerful man on earth, had lost golden opportunity to set things right in the wake of global financial crisis.

Also reveals that there's nothing economics about the crisis but only due to corrupt and criminal activities of too big to fail banks.

We make procedures, processes, checks, softwares etc etc to control frauds committed on companies. But when companies commit fraud, what the government has to do is, plan and simple: prosecute them and take legal course of action to its logical end.

Govt here acts like a goonda, give me my cut and do whatever you want. I'll protect you next time you go down on the name of saving the global economy and jobs.

US govt, should take a leaf out of Indian legal system and take appropriate actions without fear or favour. Else, the so called land of opportunities will fast turn into a land of missed opportunities

Defective state policy

TN police says the RSS uniform resembles police uniforms and hence they will not be permitted to go on a march.

What a profound statement? In which era are they? Khaki and white are police uniform? When is that a police wears a khaki half trousers?

The half trousers were a sign of a totally different era. Is the police still living in that era. Modernisation of police force is paramount, especially the attitude suitable for a free country not the one under a colonial rule.

Btw, thankfully I wasn't arrested when I was in school when my govt school uniform was khaki and white.
